Where does Celesté source its tea?
We source our teas from the finest tea producers in India from regions like Darjeeling, Assam, Nilgiris to name a few.


Are Celesté teas organic?
Celesté Road sources organic tea and ingredients wherever possible. We strive to source the best quality ingredients available in India.


Do you use artificial flavouring in Celesté teas?
We do not use any artificial ingredients or preservatives in Celesté tea blends. All of the ingredients are natural and ethically sourced.


Are Celesté teas suitable for vegans?
All of Celesté products are suitable for vegetarians and vegans and can be considered as vegan Tea.


How are Celesté teas packed?
Celesté vaccum packs all their teas to retain their freshness and avoid any contact with moisture and air.


How long does Celesté tea stay fresh?
The shelf life of tea averages two years when kept in an airtight, dry container and out of direct sunlight. We recommend that you consume Celesté tea within one year of purchase to get the best tea results.


What is the best way to store Celesté tea?
Tea is best stored in a dark and cool place in an airtight container. It is important to remember that tea absorbs scents around it, so make sure to keep it away from perfume and other spices.


How many cups of tea will 50 grams make?
There are roughly 20 cups in 50 grams of tea. One teaspoon can make 2 cups of tea.

Has my order gone through successfully?
If you have received a confirmation email then your order has been received by Celesté and shall be processed.


Can I change my order once it has been placed?
To change or cancel an order, please get in touch with Celesté as soon as possible. Orders are shipped by 5pm on the day after being placed and once dispatched will not be able to be changed or cancelled. You can still reach by email at orders@celes-te.com


Is my personal information kept safe with Celesté?
Yes. Celesté does not keep hold of any of your banking details or your personal details. Please check our Privacy Policy for more details.


Can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed you shall receive a confirmation email and a tracking number.

Where do you ship Celesté products from?
All of Celesté tea is shipped from our tea atelier in New Delhi, India.


How long will my order take to arrive?
Celesté ships online orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. National holidays will also delay shipments.


What are Celesté shipping costs?
Shipping costs shall be calculated on checkout. Online purchases above INR 1,000 shall be dispatched free of cost.


Do you ship internationally?
Sadly not! But watch this space! Celesté only ships within India but is looking into shipping worldwide very shortly.


Will I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?
All of Celesté’s product include 5% GST in the price shown. There shall be no additional taxes added at check out. Please note: Celesté does not ship to outside of India at this time. There shall be additional taxes once this is put into place.


Can I return or exchange my order?
